1.6. Significance of the study
The proposal research will contain information on the effects of cultural practice and belief and impact in women learners at Ulembwe Ward. The research proposal will also help in acknowledging the communities women to be part and parcel of learning institutions by enabling them to have positive attitudes towards education. To the Society, the researcher will assist them to mentor and inculcate their women to get enrolled to Open and Distance Learning Class in larger numbers than exercising their girls in different activities like domestic activities, marriage where culture and belief still exist. They will sensitize the society and women learners the need of education acquisition skills.
